"KATTOVIT competition"
By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions of the competition.
A. Conditions of Participation
The sole contact person and responsible party as organizer of the competition is Finnern GmbH & Co. KG, info@finnern.de. The competition has no connection with Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram in any way.
Persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of Finnern GmbH & Co. KG are excluded from participation.
The competition begins on November 14, 2024 and ends on November 21, 2024 at 11:59 p.m.
To participate in the competition, you must do the following:
- You must follow KATTOVIT's Instagram and/or Facebook account
- The corresponding competition post on our account must be marked with "Like"
- A comment must be written under our post that answers the competition question
Contributions and submissions made by participants as part of this competition must not violate applicable law. In particular, they must not contain insults or false statements of fact or infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties. Finnern GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to delete contributions that violate applicable law and our company principles.
By sending the photo, the participants grant Finnern GmbH & Co. KG a non-exclusive, unlimited in content, time and space and free of charge right to use the submitted photos, in particular in the context of this competition and for use on the company's social media presence. This includes, above all, permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, send and make the photos publicly available.
The prize consists of one of four prizes , which are made up as follows:
- 1 x KATTOVIT knitted hat
- 1 x 10€ voucher code for the KATTOVIT online shop
After the participation period has ended, we will randomly draw the winners who answered the competition question correctly. The 4 winners will be contacted by November 26, 2024 and will also be asked to provide their address details so that the prize can be sent by post.
If the winner does not respond by November 29, 2024, the prize will be forfeited.
The operator's competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payments are not possible.
B. Data protection information
Personal data will be collected and processed by the competition organizer in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) of GDPR only to the extent that it is necessary for the implementation and processing of the competition. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. Once the competition has been fully processed, the personal data will be deleted.
You have the right to information about the personal data concerned, as well as the right to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or the right to object to processing and the right to data portability from the competition organizer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
